Reception

The reception will be hosted at Houston Hall, located at 222 West Houston St, New York, NY 10018 from 7pm-11pm on Sunday, August 7th, 2016. Drink tickets and hors d’oeuvres will be provided. All beers are brewed by the NYC-based brewery, Greenpoint Beer Works.

 

 

ISMIR Jam

The ISMIR Jam will take place at DROM, located at 85 Ave A, New York NY 10009 on Tuesday August 9th, 2016 from 8pm to 1am. More information coming soon!

 

Banquet

The banquet will take place at Brooklyn Bowl, located at 61 Wythe ave., Brooklyn NY 11249 on Wednesday August 10th from 7-11pm. Dinner, drinks, and bowling will be provided!

We are extremely pleased to announce that Pandora, with the help of Next Big Sound’s analytics, has secured Soulive to perform at the ISMIR Banquet at Brooklyn Bowl on Wednesday, August 10.  In recent years, Brooklyn Bowl has become one of the most renowned venues in the New York music scene and is therefore an outstanding location to experience an authentic, local music performance. We collectively sought to select an artist that is representative of the rich history of music (especially jazz) in New York.  The Brooklyn-based Soulive draws from this history in creating their own high-energy jazz/funk sound.  We are extremely pleased to have them at ISMIR and we hope that you will enjoy the show!
